When you have received the goods contacting JustShopOK by email: email@example.com or phone +44 1534 483252, wrapping the items securely and including the invoice and original packaging. Please ensure that the items remain unopened.
If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before returning them to us and thus resulting in damage, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
JustShopOK will only refund the postage of an item if it is received faulty or incorrect.
JustShopOk reserves the right to apply a 15% restocking charge for goods returned that are not in good condition, charge you for the reduction in value, or refuse to accept such goods. JustShopOk also reserves the right to apply a restocking charge in relation to the collection/recovery of goods sent in accordance with JustShopOk’s Terms & Conditions, where these goods are not damaged or defective in any way.
