JustShopOK is based in Jersey (Channel Islands) at the registered address; La Route de la Marette, St. Ouen’s Bay, St. Peter, Jersey, Channel Islands, United Kingdom, JE3 7FQ (“JustShopOK” / “We” / “Us” / “Our”).
A customer placing an order with justShopOK indicates that they accept the terms and conditions stated below: 

1. Your contract for purchases made through the Site is with JustShopOK.com and you undertake that any and all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use.
2. No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and JustShopOK.com until JustShopOK.com confirms that the product(s) have been dispatched to you by a confirmation email. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by JustShopOK.com of your offer to buy goods from JustShopOK.com or a third party supplier that is engaged on your behalf by JustShopOK.com (whether or not you receive that e-mail).
3. You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it.
4. It is your responsibility to ensure you are able to receive e-mails from JustShopOK.com. We recommend you add JustShopOK.com to your ‘safe sender’ list, and check that your online security software does not block e-mails from us.
5. If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. If the error is discovered prior to your receipt of the confirmation email, we will cancel and refund your order.
6. You must have a unique email address to use our site. You agree that e-mail can be used as a long-distance means of communication, and you agree all notices made via e-mail satisfy any legal requirements that such notices be made in writing.
7. To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases including registered Credit Reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies, who may keep a record of that information. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. All information provided by you will be treated securely and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
8. You undertake that all details you provide to JustShopOK.com for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.
9. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
10. Minors under 18 years old can only use our services with the prior consent of their parents or guardians.
11. You must choose a password on completion of registration. You are responsible for all actions taken under your unique email address and password and shall only use the Site under your own email address and password. You must make every effort to keep your password safe and should not disclose it to anyone. If it is compromised, you must change it. You may not transfer or sell your email address to anyone, nor permit, either directly or indirectly, anyone to use your email address or password.
12. If a customer’s details change from that supplied to JustShopOk, it is the responsibility of the customer to inform JustShopOk.
13. You acknowledge that any review, feedback or rating which you leave may be published and agree that it may be displayed for as long as we consider appropriate.
14. You grant JustShopOK.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free worldwide license to use or edit any reviews posted by you. We reserve the right to publish, edit or remove any reviews without notifying you.
15. Due to the threat of fraudulent transactions your first purchase must contain matching ‘Bill To’, ‘Ship To’ and Worldpay payment details. If the situation occurs where these differ, JustShopOk holds the right to refuse any order without notice.
16. All purchases are non-transferable.
17. Justshopok have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events. We shall have no liability (including liability for negligence) for the acts or omissions of telecommunications service providers or for failures of, or faults in their networks and equipment.

1. All customised products are made to your specifications and as such do not come with any form of refund or exchange policy. Once in production your order will NOT qualify for cancellation.
2. Once you have paid for a, Custom Fit order and received a "Confirmation" and "Payment Received" emails you’re Made to Measure Custom Fit Order will be placed with our suppliers. Once Custom Fit orders are placed with our suppliers they cannot be cancelled.
3. Lead times provided to us by our suppliers are the companies best estimates, actual delivery times may fluctuate. We will endeavour to ensure that you chosen products are delivered to you on time, and to the specification requested.

1. In the unlikely event of receiving damaged goods. Please inform us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the goods. We will arrange to uplift the goods and on inspection will send you replacement products or issue a refund. You may do this via email: returns@justshopok.com or via telephone: +44 1534 483252.
2. Please ensure that you keep hold of the original packaging and invoice when sending back the damage goods so that JustShopOk can fully investigate how the goods were damaged. All returns should be sent to the following address:

3. JustShopOk will make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question.
4. JustShopOK test every single return. If a returned item is found not to be faulty by our independent test centre we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the postage. We advise you to check any gadget and its instructions carefully before returning it. We will not refund postage of items found to be in good working order.
5. Unfortunately JustShopOk cannot be held responsible for any claims of damaged goods once they have been used.
6. NOTHING IN THIS CLAUSE AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

1. You may cancel the contract with JustShopOK at any time but no later than 7 days after you receive the product by:

3. When you have received the goods contacting JustShopOK by email: returns@justshopok.com or phone +44 1534 483252, wrapping the items securely and including the invoice and original packaging. Please ensure that the items remain unopened.
4. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before returning them to us and thus resulting in damage we will charge you for the reduction in value.
5. JustShopOK will only refund the postage of an item if it received faulty or incorrect.

1. Every purchase you make is deemed as being performed in Jersey, Channel Islands. Jersey law shall govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from the website.
2. JustShopOK endeavour to send out orders within 48 hours, however, if your order isn’t in stock this can cause delay. Some items may be unavailable and the current stock status is approximate. JustShopOK cannot supply dates for when suppliers will get an item in stock.

1. Free Shipping applies to all countries within the European Union (with the exception of all Segway products).
2. Orders shipped to UK and countries within the European Union take approximately 3 to 5 working days depending on availability of stock.
3. Orders shipped to the United States, Canada or Australia will take approximately 5 to 10 working days depending on availability of stock.
4. There is a £20.00 delivery charge for the United States and Canada. Please note that this delivery cost is for a total of up to four items. Anything over this will be an additional charge.
5. Delivery to Australia is a total of £35.00. Please note that this is for a total of up to four items. Anything over this will be an additional charge.
6. Once an order has been placed the customer will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number.
7. Delivery times are merely approximate. Deliveries will be sent to the address supplied by the customer and this will be stated in your order and order confirmation.
8. If your delivery address is outside of Jersey, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, JustShopOK advise that you contact your local customs office prior to purchasing. For more information please see our VAT & Customs Information section below.
9. Please note that when shipping products internationally, cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
10. For delivery of products near to bank holidays we advise that you order in plenty of advance. For Christmas deliveries, we recommend that you order by the 14th December.

1. VAT will be charged on ALL orders, at the standard 20% VAT rate, upon checkout.
2. Please be aware deliveries to United Kingdom are subject to inspection and opening by Customs authorities.

Orders Below £150 - For all EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES, but excluding the UNITED KINGDOM, where orders are priced above €22 but below £150.00 (GBP) at the checkout VAT/TVA is NOT automatically charged. Therefore when ordering goods from Jersey, which is part of the Channel Islands, orders may be subject to import duties/taxes, which will be levied once the package reaches the specified destination Country.
2. Customs policies vary to each European country and you may also be entitled to pay for customs clearance at your destination country.
3. Unfortunatly JustShopOK has no control over these charges and can not be held liable for what they may be. For further information on Customs policies you should contact your local Customs office.
4. In the instance of an order value being above £150.00 VAT / TVA will be charged upon checkout. This VAT rate is applicable to the country of ‘Ship To’ address.
5. Please be aware deliveries to Countries in the European Union are subject to inspection and opening by Customs authorities.

1. JustShopOk is based in Jersey, Channel Islands and deliveries overseas may be subject to subsequent import duties and taxes. These taxes will be levied once the package reaches the specified destination country. These taxes must be borne by you the customer.
2. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from JustShopOK.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be met by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be

1. Vat is added to your Cart total at the end of the checkout procedure, prior to choosing a payment option. The VAT/TVA rate charged at checkout will be the VAT/TVA rate applicable to the Country of the 'Ship To' address and not that of the 'Bill To' address.
2. When ordering from JustShopOK.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
3. VAT/TVA should be applied to ALL purchases with a value greater than £150 (GBP) for countries of the European Union and £15 (GBP) for the United Kingdom. In the unlikely event that VAT/TVA is not added to your order or charged on your purchase, your order may be subject to import duties/taxes which would be levied once the package reaches the specified destination country.
4. If you wish to pay VAT/TVA on purchases less than £150 (GBP) for Countries within the European please email us with your purchase requirements. We will then send you a proforma invoice inclusive of VAT/TVA and all administration charges, along with a link to make your payment.

Through this agreement UPS take responsibility for Undertaking, Administering and subsequently paying VAT monies collected from JustShopOk customers, and paying it on their behalf to the appropriate shipping destination Country Customs department. Please Note: When VAT is charged JustShopOk Guarantee that NO additional UPS or Customscharges will be due.
