The 365 day warranty guarantees you that your product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal and customary use for 365 days from the date of purchase, provided that the item has not been abused, altered, defaced or misused or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer. If a defect appears during the warranty period of the product and you comply with the requirements above then JustShopOK, at its sole descretion, will either repair the defect, replace the defective product, or refund your actual purchase price less reasonable depreciation.
